Default Query

I have an Access 2003 SP3 database that has a table in it. From this table I use a query to calculate formulas and costs (A quoting database). I have the users inout the data into a form and when they input the data into the last field it runs a refresh and displays the calculation results in a subform. My problem is that after i have entered a couple of entries into the database the query stops calculating (opening the query shows no new records), and the subform is blank. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Mark
