Edit query from a form
Hi. I have a simple query that combines two tables (no expressions, just a
straight join). I have made this query to feed into a form. There are tick boxes on the form that I would like to be able to tick / untick. However, the way it is set up at the moment, I cannot edit these tick boxes (because the information on the form is from a query). Is there a setting or something that will allow these tick boxes to be ticked / unticked/ Thanks very much. |

I suspect the difficulty is in the query ... if the query itself is not updateable, the form won't be. Check Access HELP updateable queries for ideas on resolving... Edit query from a form
If your query is editable, your form checkboxes should be editable. Look at
the arrow and asterisk on the bottom of the query and see if they are highlighted. Edit query from a form
First, see if you can edit the query directly. If not, here are some ideas:
