Selecting a Printer
I have two printers attached to my computer and mostly use
the default printer for printing in Excel. However, I do have one worksheet that I always print on my second printer. When printing this worksheet, I always have to click on FilePrint and select the other printer. Is there any way to tell Excel that I always want to print this one worksheet on the second printer without manually making this change each time, yet have all of my other Excel worksheets print on the default printer? |

Selecting a Printer
You could add a macro to that worksheet":
Sub PrintOn2ndPrinter() ' ActiveWindow.SelectedSheets.PrintOut _ Copies:=1,ActivePrinter:= _ "NameOfTheSecondPrinter", Collate:=True Application.ActivePrinter = _ "NameOfTheFirstPrinter" End Sub -----Original Message----- I have two printers attached to my computer and mostly use the default printer for printing in Excel.
