I am getting (and I suspect sending) many messages with the label "[SPAM]" appended in the beginning of the the subject line. Anybody know where this is getting attached and how to stop it?

But it's not an Outlook problem, so how could there be an Outlook setting
for it?

Jonathan,
Do you have Norton on your server? If so, it is probably coming from
Norton. I had the same problem and had the administrator go into the
Symnatec Mail Security program. There in the Spam prevention settings is a
list of Match words the system looks for. YOu can look in the match list for
the subject line, body text, etc. Words like 'unsubscribe' and 'if you have
received this email' are items that can be contained in a lot of emails.

Hope this helps.

Go check your attributions. I didn't ask the question and don't have the
problem.
