Default transfering e-mail addresses from an e-mail to contacts folder

Hi if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated... I recieve e-mails with multiple e-mail addresses in the "cc" column which i would like to some how copy, or import or any method possible to get those e-mail names from that column into one of my folders undere contacts. I think the problem may be that some of the e-mail addresses that are in the "cc" column are names of the people, and when u click on the name then his/her e-mail address appears in a box. Please let me know if anyone knows how to move these e-mail addresses from an e-mail into a contacts folder.
Thank you very much

Dan.

Thanks for your reply Mr. Valentine. The problem with right clicking is that many e-mails contain 500 to 1,000 address which would take very long to transfer. Also, I am not sure but i believe the right clicking allows duplicates which I do not want. I know when I import addresses it asks if I want duplicates however it gives me an error saying the translator may not recognize the data or it may be corrupt. If you have any other suggestions please let me know.

Thank you

You'd need to look to third party software to do what you want, then.
Outlook has no native support for this.
