Default Contact Linking Errors

Hi,
I am using Outlook XP(2002)...I have 2 Questions.....

1. I repaired my .pst file....now i have duplicate items....how do i delete only the duplicates....

2. Also, when i view a contact, the contacts link produces the error message "Cannot perform requested operation. the command selected is not valid for this recipient."

Any help would be great!
