How to Restore Contact Information

Hello
I had a system crash the other day. I have had a good back up of all data
important to me. One of those items was my PST and PAB files. However, I do
not know how to go about restoring these so that I may use OUTLOOK as I once
had. If anyone can assist with how to restore my PST and PAB files I would
welcome the know how. Also, I would like to transfer these same files to my
laptop to keep current on the road and office. Thanks for any assistance you
may lend

Outlook has not used a PAB file for many years. It is unlikely you were.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's the only place
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
