Default To: list of addresses is not sorted by last name

when using the "To:" drop down menu for my e-mail recipients, they are listed
by the first name rather than the last name. Some of them are duplicated as
well. For example, John Doe may be listed twice. The 1st indicates the
e-mail and the 2nd indicates a phone number. I'd like to see the list
alphabetically by LAST name (duh). Any way to change this?

Of course. Just use the same method that has been posted here over a
thousand times. Exact instructions depend on your Outlook version which you
elected not to tell us. I'm certain you'll find a post that matches your
version.

It is always a good idea to post accurate, complete information with your
post when you ask others to solve your problems from a long distance. We
cannot read minds. It's even a better idea to search the newsgroups before
you post a question. This one has been answered countless times.
