The possible file formats which Outlook can use for export you will
find in the "Files" menu.

Perhaps some people (like me) do not know what "top producer" is, so it
is a good idea to post the file format which this program is working
and what kind of files this program like to import.

Best Regards
Peter

Read Top Producer's documentation to determine in what formats it will
import and then check Outlook's FIleImport and Export menu to see if
Outlook will export in one of those formats.
