Can't share mail on network

Hi,

I have an NT server and an XP server, both running Outlook; I cannot
read my
messages located on NT from XP, and vice versa. Roaming profile on XP to
NT server.

I have a seperate network setup between a Win2k machine and XP home, in
which the mail directory can be shared without problems.

Am I missing something ?

I get no error message - I just can't see the mail...I open the remote
mailbox and it
is empty. Localy, on the host machine, all mail is visible.

exactly what error message are you getting? sounds like a folder
permissions
problem
