Hyperlinking to individual published Visio 2007 HTML pages
I have a 20 page interlinked Visio file. Each page is named after the
activity it describes, for instance there is a Sales page, a Receiving page etc. I publish the entire file as an HTML file. I am looking for a way to hyperlink from Word / Excel / PDF to any given page, preferably in a way that does not require me to edit the html, because of potential maintenance issues. Thank you. |

Hello pd,
You can use the page name as a URL parameter. Have a look at this post and let me know if you have any questions: http://visualsignals.typepad.co.uk/v...arameters.html Best regards John John Goldsmith (Visio MVP) www.visualSignals.typepad.co.uk www.visualSignals.co.uk "pd" wrote in message ... I'm writing some technical documents in MS Word and would like to link text to pages in a Visio file. Can this be done? Saving the visio file to html is not an option as it is likely to be edited in the future. Thank you, Mark "John Goldsmith_Visio_MVP" wrote: Hello pd, You can use the page name as a URL parameter.
