I have created a file in Visio 2007 and need to share with a person who has
Visio 2003, when I go to the Save as box and it gives me the option to save
it as a 2002.vsd file but they cannot open it. Any thoughts would be
appreciated.

Vi2003 can open V2007 files. No format changes.
