Well then if you do File-Export-Messages in OE that should export directly
to Outlook. Have you set up a Profile in outlook for OE to export to?

Open Outlook, (not Outlook EXPRESS) and follow the first-time use wizard.
When you have finished setting Outlook up, close it. Then open Outlook
EXPRESS and click on File-Export-Messages and follow the instructions.
