Default How can I perform Scheduling

I have set up a database to perform our scheduling. I have been able to
create an automatic report that throws up all of our units every 6 and 12
months, however want to be able to create a check box or something of that
ilk to indicate when the schedule has been done. How am I to do this, I can
only think of manually creating another record for each schedule, but with
approximately 400 per month it may take a while and I am sure there is a way
to do this automatically. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a scheduling month calendar module that I could implement in your
database for you. The module has a calendar form that displays a schedule
for each day in a selected month in a selected year. You can add to the
schedule, edit the schedule and delete events in the schedule directly on
the calendar form. You can print out the calendar schedule for any selected
month in any selected year. If you are interested in me implementing my
scheduling month calendar module in your database, contact me at my email
address below and tell me about what you are scheduling. I will send you a
screen shot of the calendar form.
