Default Print layout issue

If I have 2 pages, 1st in portrait, 2nd in landscape. If i set the zoom level
to page width, the 1st page is ok but scrolling down to page 2 and click onto
page, the whole page is not displayed, right side is cut off. BUT if you then
minimize and then maximize Word, hey presto, the 2nd page is now displayed
correctly. the same happens if you add a toolbar, the zoom sorts itself out.
I can't see any options that correct this, normal.dot aint the problem or
print drivers....anyone any ideas?
