Not able to see my contacts
I have Outlook 2002 at home. In my contact folder all my address and e-mail
are there but when I am writing an e-mail and click on TO: I don't see any of my contacts address. Also whe I type a name that I have in the contact list it does not appear automatically. What could be the problem? Thank you Gianin |

Right-click yor Contacts folder, choose Properties, select the Outlook Address Book tab and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book." -- Brian Tillman |

Not able to see my contacts
I was having the same trouble and I did what you suggested below.
When I started an email and clicked on 'To' Outlook crashed. Now when I click on 'To' my contact list is blank. "Brian Tillman" wrote: Gianni Guerrera wrote: I have Outlook 2002 at home. Remove the Outlook Address Book service from your mail profile, stop and restart Outlook, and add the service back it. See if that fixes the problem. -- Brian Tillman |
