Default PowerPoint is not usable

I have used PowerPoint many times. I was printing from it and suddenly I
cannot even access it. Our IT people don't seem to be able to find a
problem. Any suggestions?

What happens when you try to access Powerpoint? We can't see
your screen from here, so you will need to provide a coherent
description of what you see. If you get an error message, please
quote it exactly and completely.
