**Advanced Users**HELP!! Cannot Access Read Email in Inbox

Hello--

I am the MIS Speacialist and need an advanced user's input.

I have been upgrading our whole office to OUtlook 2003. All of them upgraded
smoothly, except our CEOs!

Her Inbox shows the total number of messages--and there are messages in
there, but the number of messages to the right of the folder is grayed out,
and when you click on the Inbox, it doesn't show the messages.

The only messages she can access are in her Unread Messages folder which is
great, unless she reads a messages---then it disappears into the Inbox, the
grayed out number of messages goes up one, and we cannot access the messages.

Please help!!
