.OST / Offline Files / Cached Mode Outlook 2003

How do you configure the .ost so that it will include mailboxes other than
the primary mailbox.

I.e., use multiple mailboxes in my outlook profile and wish to enable all of
them for offline file support.

Outlook doesn't support that.
