Default Table of figures

If your figures are wrapped, Word by default puts the caption in a text box.
Word can't see text in text boxes for purposes of generating a TOC or TOF.
Two possible solutions:

1. If you don't really need to wrap text around the figure, format it as In
Line With Text and put the caption below it (or above it) in an ordinary
text paragraph.

2. If you do need to wrap text around the figure (and caption), do (1), then
select the figure and caption together and insert a frame (you can use the
Insert Frame button on the Forms toolbar). You'll probably have to remove
the frame border (Format | Borders and Shading: None) and perhaps adjust the
position of the frame, but Word will be able to find the text.
