When you use the Insert Rows command, Word inserts the number of rows you
have selected. So if you select a single row and use Insert Rows, you'll get one new row, select that along with the previous one and press F4 (repeat) and you'll get two more rows. Select all four and F4, four new rows, etc. -- Suzanne S. Thank you. I found another way: create a few rows under the last row, then
copy the rows (in the Edit drop down menu) and Paste them under the rows you've just created. Keep pasting them in until you have all the rows that you want. Although I haven't tried it, it might also work for columns. Thank you again. Have a nice day. Ron "Suzanne S. Amounts to the same thing. You can equally well select x rows and use Table
| Insert | Rows Below. -- Suzanne S.
