Default Acrobat 6.0 toolbar in Visio misbehaving

Every Time I restart Visio The Acrobat toolbar insists on placing itself on
it own toolbar with nothing else. I hope someone out there has come across
this and has a solution as it is driving me insane.
I have tried removing the toolbar using right click and the customization
menu, I have even edited the Registry but it just gets replaced when Visio is
re opened. I have re-saved files with it off but it is still there when they
are opened again.
It wouldn't be so bad if it tagged itself onto the same line as another
toolbar but it seems to want the full window width for 3 poxy icons. Helpp

My thanks in advance
Graham

Ps All Updates and SP1 are installed on full office suite
