Default Form doesn't pull up records from table

I have a form for inputting records into a table. It used
to be when the form was launched, all the records would be
there. Now, it just shows one blank record. But, if I
input data, they go into the table. Is there a way to fix
it so that the form pulls up all the records from the
table again? Or, do I just have to recreate the form?

Thank you.

Hi Ed

check the form properties to see if Data Entry is set to yes ... if it is
you'll need to change it to "no" to get your records back.

Cheers
