Default blank form?

I used Form wizard to create a form with text boxes from 3 different fields. The form view is blank while design view isn't. Why is this and how can I view the fields in form view?

TIA

Do any records exist? Is the form based on a query, and if so, does the
query result in any records being displayed? If there are no records to
display, you will get what you mention here.

If the form is designed to add records, make sure the "Allow Additions" is
set to "Yes".
