How do I keep my drop downs to show the entire list?
In Word, when I click on the top menu bar (ie: File, Edit, View) I want to
see all the list without having to click on the bottom arrow. I know there is a way to do it however I have forgotten. Does anyone know? Please help. |

I'll assume this is Word 2002 or 2003, in which the relevant check box is
Tools | Customize | Options: "Always show full menus." The location is the same in Word 2000, but the effect of the check box ("Menus show recently used items first") is the opposite. -- Suzanne S. Mouse Right click on the Toolbar area, Customize, Options, check the option
for "Always show full menus". -- The above is for 2003 and prior, for 2007 instructions may differ but hopefully this will indicate the right direction. Hope this helps DeanH "Kat" wrote: In Word, when I click on the top menu bar (ie: File, Edit, View) I want to see all the list without having to click on the bottom arrow.
