Default manipulate a row of information based on the contents of a single cell within a row?

Can you please tell me how to manipulate a row of information based on the contents of a single cell within a row? For example, Cell B1 has the word "UP" and I want everything within the row from Cell A1 to Cell Z1 to move to another location based on Cell B1
