how can i make the new mail window open properly in outlook?

When i try to open a new mail message it minimises at the bottom of the
screen an will only maximise after double clicking several times.

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.

When you repost, it would probably be a good idea to include what version of
Outlook you're using (and perhaps even what version of Windows)
