Help locating missing emails
I use outlook to manage an IMAP account (AOL). It seems that my emails have been disappearing and I cannot find them, or don't know where to look for them.
The auto archive was setup and I have disactivated it. However I do not have an archive folder where to look. I also can't seem to find any pst files with data. What can I do. I had some very important emails that came in on Friday 5/7 and they were there this morning, however gone this afternoon & i did not delete them. Help me! |

Help locating missing emails
What about junk mail filtering? Do you have a Junk Mail folder in your IMAP
hiearchy for that account? Are you using the Unread Messages view on the Inbox? If so, change to a different view that will show you all messages. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Viv" wrote in message ...
