Why are rows in a table highligted?
When I click anywhere in a table I created in Word 2007, the whole row is
highlighted in blue. Clicking again, it is highlighted in an even darker blue. Scrolling down so that the table is not shown anymore and then scrolling back up, the highlights are gone. Me and my collegues are all using the same document to edit and nobody else has the same issue as me. What did I do? |

Why are rows in a table highligted?
The cause of this problem has been (tentatively) identified as the presence
of certain buttons on the QAT. Among the buttons that cause the problem are "Different First Page" and "Different Odd and Even." There may be others. You might experiment with customizing your QAT to see which buttons need to be removed to solve the problem (you could start by comparing notes with your colleagues about what buttons you have on your QAT that they don't have). Feedback would be appreciated if you discover buttons other than those I mentioned that seem to be responsible. -- Suzanne S.
