Keep Comments on the same printed page
FilePage Setup, click the sheet tab, select from dropdown
as displayed on sheet -- For everyone's benefit keep the discussion in the newsgroup. Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Louise" wrote in message ... I have been trying to print a sheet, all on one page, but the Comments always show up on a second page. I even marked "fit to 1 page", but it always kicks the Comments to a second page. What am I doing wrong? Thanks! Louise |

The comments will print on a separate sheet, even with the settings that
you've selected. You could use code to extract the comments to a separate sheet, then copy that information to the bottom of the original sheet before printing. There's sample code on my web site that might help you: http://www.contextures.com/xlcomment...ml#CopyToSheet Louise wrote: I have been trying to print a sheet, all on one page, but the Comments always show up on a second page.
