Thanks, Kat I'm not aware of one, and I cannot imagine a template that could possibly cover the many variations of legal and corporate and tax laws worldwide. I don't think Microsoft Access would be the best application for this in any case! Are you perhaps looking for a Word template? If so the webpage has misled you; the first alphabetical group is for Microsoft Access databases. -- John W. Vinson [MVP]
