Lock Table
Hello,
My database has a table in it with two fields, [tank] and [product]. The only time the table is used is in a lookup to determine which calcuation to use. The problem I have is that the data keeps getting overwritten. Is there a way I can set a tracking so I tell when, where and what is changing the data? Thanks |

You can use Access Security (not a trivial task but doable and well documented) to lock the table. One way this can happen is by having a Combo Box with its control source set to one of the fields in the table. If you're using a combo box to search for data it should be *unbound*.
