In edition; If you upgraded using an existing outlook Profile, you might
want to consider creating a new Profile (not copy old)

From a business point of view it's a complete nightmare as whilst I can
send from my Outlook application, I have to go to webmail for my business
domain emails and to my Gmail, Yahoo & Oceanfree online accounts for my
personal email addresses to check my incoming emails.
I'm worried about continuity and integrity particularly where my business
accounts are concerned because it's too easy to forget something, not
check a particular account and lose business because of it.
Can anyone help?
I've tried everything, reset the passwords and protocols so many times
it's ridiculous and I'm getting nowhere.
All help and advice would be greatly appreciated but bear in mind I've
already tried all the basic recommended tools, port settings etc., and
have unlocked catchpas etc., so the help I need is beyond this.

Symantec Antivirus Corp 10.1.6.6010 and had determained with symantec that
the Symantec Email tool (POP3/SMTP Sanp-in) was the issue. I removed that
tool for testing and issue went away. Looks like they messed up on one of
there updates that somehow hosed that feature. They are now looking into
the
issue and will release a Point patch for this issue if they fix it. We
were
on 10.1.6.6000. Lately Symantec has released updates that then cause
other
issue. Symantec is starting to be compared to Mcaffee!

In my company we have ordered many Vaio laptops and if I don't re-install
OS
with our CD then they have always had weird issues, blue screens within a
few
months. Sad part is most Laptop companies don't give you the CD and only
have their recovery feature, which sucks.

And what is the exact text of the error messages you see? What happens when
you click the "Test" button in your Account properties?
