Cannot open shared mailbox
When attempting to open another user's mailbox I receive the following error
message, "Cannot display the folder. Cannot open the mailbox for this user because the user does not have a server mailbox." I know that user has shared his/her mailbox. I have reloaded Office, rebuilt my .ost file, removed and rebuilt my office mailbox from the control panel, all to no avail. Any clues? |

Cannot open shared mailbox
I am using the "open a shared Calendar" selection on the left hand side of
the Calendar screen. I can open some calendars and some fail with the message below. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: how are you attempting to open it? Cannot open shared mailbox
The ones that fail, are you typing their name or picking them from the GAL?
Does your site use multiple Exchange servers and if so, are they on a different server? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
