HELP : Delivery Receipt Problems
I am having a problem with Delivery Receipts not processing properly with
some delivery receipts. It appears random. It is not a server issue (according to the admin). It is only happening since I upgraded to Outlook 2003 and I am the only one on our network with the problem. I request and I get the delivery receipts but when I open the delivery receipt it has no subject and the to: is "Unknown". The receipt does not process and the message tracking in the original sent message is not updated. Read Receipts, when I use them, are processing fine. It is as if Outlook 2003 is "mis-interpreting" the delivery receipts. Can anyone help? |
