Default How do i save multiple pages in microsoft visio?

I have 3 pages of work in microsoft visio landscape & irrigation pages and i
need to save them in one file. Basically i have 3 individuals that work on
each project seperately, 1 on irrigation, 1 on landscaping and the other on
general notes. I need to get these 3 different documents saved in the same
file in different pages in microsoft visio. We created the documents in visio
and it opens and all but i cant save the 3 pages together in 1 file and thats
what i need from this program, if its not going to work then I cant buy it
for the rest of my 11 computers in my company, so someone please help me if
not I need to find another program thats going to do what I need it to do
thank you...

Hi JD,

Do you need to get all three pages into a Visio document for Visio use,
or just for printing?

If just for printing, you could export all three drawings as tif files,
then use a program like Microsoft Office Document Imaging (which is
probably on your machine) and combine them all together quickly.

Otherwise, you should be able to insert pages (right-click on a page tab
at the bottom of your Visio drawing window), then Select All (Ctrl+A)
then paste from one document into the new page on the other.

Hope this helps,

Not sure what you need to do.

You evidently have the 3 page Visio document saved as a filename.vsd,
because you say you quote " ... have 3 pages of work in microsoft visio
landscape & irrigation pages" unquote.

Do you mean you want to save the pages in a different format? If so, what
format do you need to save them? PDF? TIF? JPG? Word doc? DWG?

It is simple to have common information in a Background page (eg a site
plan), with other pages showing specific additional details (eg landscaping,
water, sewarage, electricity supply, gas pipe layout, roofing, wiring layout
etc etc as required.

Do you need people engaged in work (eg you mention landscaping, irrigation)
to simply read and work to the drawings, or do they need to be able to
modify or amend your drawings?

Visio is extremely powerful. If you could explain exactly what it is you
need to do, we can probably help.

I'm not sure how I missed this thread ..
Would you like to try our Visio Utilities,
http://www.visio-utilities.sandrila.co.uk/

There is a page copy feature which can copy any page to another open
document, with this you cam combine all 3 pages into one file.
