Importing contacts - DONE. Next Step?
Here's the case:
I have 1000s of contacts and each contact has a "Profile Interest". Categories for "Profile Interest" are "PLC", "Motors", "RFID", "Motion" etc. I want to separate each contact based on their "Profile Interest". However, the issue that I run into is that John Doe can have more than one of the above Profile Interests. He might have an interest in PLC and/or Motion. So when I send out a campaign/email to all the contacts who are interested in PLCs and/or Motion, I don't want John Doe to receive two emails. Can anyone please advise? Thank you, Regards, Sharjeel |

Filter by those categories and use mail merge.

Outlook should not send two messages in that case. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
