email address for contact not showing
I am using Outlook 2002.
When I am looking at my contacts and however the view is set - the email address column is either blank, or only shows a number. For example: 10009 .. If I double click on a specific contact to see all the information about it, there is a properly formatted email in the email box. If I do a new message to contact - the correct email is showing up in the 'to' box. Why is the email not showing up when I am viewing my contacts? Thanks for any help, Larissa |

You neglected to state to which view you are referring and how you
configured it. There is no such thing as the "email address column," nor is there even a field by that name, so your post requires considerable clarification and correction. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "ikariotika" wrote in message ...
