Default measurement must be between 1 pt and 31 pt

Any tyme I am trying to set up a border in a page or a table I am getting the
message " measurement must be between 1 pt and 31 pt"
I have checked with previous Q&A raised in the page and it seems that in
order to fix the wrong set up of the border margins the proper way was to go
to : Format Borders and ShadingsPage Border Options and set the margins of
the border between those parameters. The problem is that I cannot get into
the options bottom because I have no answer when clicking.

Thank you very much your help is really appreciated,

Regards

I have the exact same problem. I'm using Office 2003 for the MAC. Looking
forward to us getting an answer!
