Default Office 2007 SP1 Update Error Code 92D for Update KB950114 Publishe

I just ran a clean install of Vista and Office 2007 SP1 on my laptop.
Everything went smoothly until this update came up:
KB950114 for MS Publisher 2007.
This error comes up:
Error Code 92D

I can not install this update, nor can I hide it.
I have tried installing the update directly from the Microsoft website, but
the update will still not install.
I have tried restarting the computer numerous times to install the update.
I have run antivirus software, and am about to run anti-spyware/anti-malware
software to see if this is just some kind of fake update.

My version is an academic copy from my university.

Hi,

I have a similar problem with Office 2007 security updates (on Vista). Same
error code: 92D.

Did you find a resolution to this problem?

Thanks,
Tony
