Question Gregorian Calendar

I have customers that use the Gregorian calendar ( it is 2003 now) while I keep my records in the Western Calendar (2010). Does any one know how I can convert western cal to gregorian. Here is what I want to do
Col. B would have todays date of 9/29/10
Col. C would show this date converted to be 1/19/2003. Weird but it is the first month, the 19th day of the month and the year is 2003 in Gregorian Calendar now!
