This is Strange Behavior
I am working in Access 2K. I have been developing this application since
this version came out. One of my drop down boxes stopped working and I spent over an hour trying to figure out why. Never could idenitfy the problem so I created a work around that just pulled up a form with the info I need and let my people manually insert the data necessary to pull up the correct vendor for this order. I sent this revision to all my users. They have their own copy of the mdb file. All has been working fine but this morning when I pulled up my app the work around was not in the application. I have pulled up some other users mdb file and it is gone from their application also. We rdp into a windows 2003 SR2 server to run the applicaiton. Could I have hit the limit on the number of controls or something along those lines? The strange part is that it complied properly, worked for about a week, and then just disappeard from everyones copy? Any ideas would be appreciated. |

Sounds like you may need to download all the latest service packs and
hotfixes. That is a fairly common problem. -- Milton Purdy ACCESS State of Arkansas "cvegas" wrote: I am working in Access 2K. I have been developing this application since this version came out. I'm pretty good with applying updates and hot fixes but except for the auto
updates I have not gone in and checked for anything on the Office side in a few months. I'll do that and see where it takes me. Thanks for giving me a direction to go.
