lost product id

Hi.

Well I got the office xp cd's through education direct
(I'm taking small business management and this is my FINAL
project so it HAS to be done!). I installed and activated
it on my computer right? Well then my computer had a
serious melt down and I got another one. Well I loaded
almost all the cd's but then I realized I'd lost the slip
of paper containing the product id for Microsoft Word AND
Excel both of which I desperately need to get this done. I
have no idea what to do to get my product ID back. Please
help me someone!

Please do not waste your time asking the ng for help finding your cd/number.
You will either have to get education direct (whatever that is) to help if
possible, find the number yourself, or acquire another copy.

Education Direct told me that they did not license the
software and I'd have to get it from microsoft. All I'm
saying is I don't friggin know how!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. The
only contact things I've saw on here have been for a price.
