error loading an ActiveX control on one of your forms

Hi,

I have a DB that was working perfectly fine before but now when I go to open
my form i get an error message:
the expression initialize you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error: there was an error loading an ActiveX control on one of
your forms or reports
I'm not sure why is this is happening.
