Default Outlook should let me me organize the Phone Numbers

When I making synchronization for my mobile and the outlook contact I loosing
‎phone numbers I mean in the outlook contact I have the possibility to use
only one ‎mobile No. and I have the possibility to save many mobile No. under
the same name ‎and during the synchronization all the data not mutual with
the outlook contact lost ‎from my mobile and if I have the possibility to
organize the phone numbers be add ‎more mobile our more business telephones
the problem will be solved ‎
