Default Bottom Align

Is there anyway to make text in a bottom aligned cell
STAY at the bottom of the cell when the row breaks across
pages? Currently in Word 97 and Word XP the 'Bottom
Align' property does NOT keep text at bottom aligned at
all if its row breaks across two pages. The text remains
at the bottom of the first page rather than the bottom of
the cell.

Paragraph options; 'keep with next' and 'keep lines
together' and Row option 'allow split across pages' do
not resolve the above effectively.
