Default Displaying last name first in address book

How do you display last name first in address book. It works fine in
contacts, but when I open address book to send an e-mail, they are by first
name. Help!

Who knows what your Outlook version is? For Outlook 2002/2003, click
ToolsE-mail AccountsView or change existing directories or address
booksNext. Select Outlook Address Book, click Change, and set the sort
order there.

I have outlook 2007. I tried your soluton in e-mail accounts. I checked the
last name first, but it did not change. I closed outlook and reopened. It
still has first name first.

Thanks,
