Default How do you email your "Group List" to another user?

I have created Group Lists and would like others in my office to have the
same with
out having to re-type.
Is it possible to e-mail this Group List to others?
Can I share any of my contacts with others?
Thanks for your help!

No such thing in Outlook. State your Outlook version and what you mean.
