Default custom lines on pivot charts

using access 2007 i have a pivot chart which is a colume type. the value axis
on the left is ranged 0 - 100% and i have various bars on the category axis
representing dates. if for axample all my bars are above / higher then 60%, i
would like to have a horizonal line at 40% indicating a target level. does
anyone know if this can be done?? many thanks
