Default How do I set up the "New Dialog" rather than the Task Pane?

Hi,

I would like the "New Dialog" to appear rather than the Task Pane when New
is selected from the File menu.

This is accomplished easily in Word 2003 by adding the "FileNewDialog"
command to the File menu, I have been unable to find the equivalent in Excel
2003.

I would appreciate any advice you can offer.

Thanks,
Meg.
